Our parenting and co-parenting program goes beyond teaching “tips and techniques.” It’s built on the belief that healing homes begins with healing hearts. We recognize that parenting is not just about managing behavior—it’s about building connection, fostering stability, and guiding children through love, consistency, and accountability.Unlike many traditional programs, our approach is both trauma-informed and faith-grounded.

I’m trained in evidence-based curricula such as Botvin LifeSkills, trauma-informed practices, and positive discipline techniques. I also integrate Biblical principles of forgiveness, accountability, and grace, helping parents not only manage conflict but heal from it. My approach is warm, structured, and focused on measurable growth—helping each parent or co-parent move from chaos to calm, from blame to balance, and from surviving to thriving.

Through my years of work with families, DFCS partners, and community programs such as HEARTS for Families, Jeremiah 2911: A Place of Hope, and Broken and Anchored Ministries, I have walked alongside hundreds of parents working to rebuild stability and purpose. My background combines parent education, behavioral intervention, life coaching, and faith-based guidance, which allows me to approach each family holistically—addressing both the practical and emotional sides of parenting.
